Job Overview
Radley Schools Group is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Credit Controller to join its Finance Team. This newly created role will take ownership of the credit control function across seven prep schools, helping to reduce aged debt while delivering a professional, empathetic service to parents and guardians.
Working 22.5 hours per week, you will manage fee collection processes, monitor outstanding balances, support termly billing and implement robust credit control procedures. We are looking for a highly organised individual with strong communication and Excel/Google Sheet skills, who can balance firm debt recovery with excellent customer service and compassion.
