Due to continued growth, an established business is looking to recruit a Customer Account Manager to join its Bristol-based team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused individual who enjoys building relationships, delivering exceptional service and managing customer accounts. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting existing customers, processing orders and ensuring a seamless customer experience from enquiry through to fulfilment.
Previous experience within a business-to-business environment is advantageous, but candidates with strong customer service or sales experience gained via telephone and email are also encouraged to apply. Full training and ongoing development will be provided.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm
- Manage relationships with existing customers, ensuring a high level of service and support.

Handle customer enquiries via telephone and email in a professional and timely manner.

Build rapport with customers and identify opportunities to strengthen account relationships.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.

Assist with order tracking, amendments and cancellations.

Ensure customers receive a smooth and positive experience throughout the ordering process.
- Investigate and resolve customer queries and concerns promptly.

Work closely with internal departments to ensure customer issues are addressed effectively.

Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the resolution process.
- Develop a strong understanding of the company’s products and services.

Identify opportunities to introduce additional products and solutions that may benefit customers.

Support wider sales and account management activities where required.
- Previous experience in customer service, account management, sales support or internal sales.

Experience within a B2B environment would be beneficial but is not essential.

Confidence communicating with customers via telephone and email.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.

Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
