The Role
As a Qualified Dental Nurse, you will play an integral role in delivering exceptional patient care while supporting our clinicians across a wide range of treatments.
Working closely with our dentists, hygienists, therapists and reception team, you will help ensure every patient journey is professional, efficient and welcoming from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist clinicians chairside during a wide variety of dental procedures including implants, Invisalign, cosmetic and restorative dentistry.
- Prepare surgeries to the highest clinical standards before every patient.
- Ensure all instruments and equipment are cleaned, sterilised and maintained in accordance with HTM 01-05 and infection control guidance.
- Deliver outstanding patient care before, during and after treatment.
- Maintain accurate patient records using Dentally.
- Assist with digital workflows including intraoral scanning, photography and CBCT imaging (full training provided where required).
- Maintain stock levels and ensure surgeries remain organised and fully equipped.
- Follow all practice SOPs, compliance procedures and health and safety policies.
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure efficient diary flow and an exceptional patient experience.
- Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming clinical environment.
- Positively contribute ideas that improve patient care, efficiency and the success of the practice.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Is GDC registered as a Qualified Dental Nurse.
- Is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Is organised, reliable and has excellent attention to detail.
- Works well under pressure while maintaining a calm, positive attitude.
- Enjoys working as part of a close-knit team.
- Takes pride in maintaining exceptionally high clinical standards.
- Is proactive, accountable and willing to take ownership of their role.
- Is enthusiastic about learning and embracing new technology.
Experience assisting with implants, Invisalign or digital dentistry would be advantageous but is not essential, as training will be provided.

Working Hours
Our opening hours are:
- Monday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
- Tuesday: 9:00am – 8:00pm
- Wednesday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
- Thursday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
- Friday: 8:00am – 3:00pm
The role includes participation in our Saturday rota, typically 1 in every 5 Saturdays, paid at 1.5x your normal hourly rate.
There is also the opportunity to work occasional Sunday clinics should you wish to do so. These shifts are entirely optional and are not a contractual requirement or expectation of the role.
