We're on the look out for a passionate and motivated Chef to join the team at the . The White Hart in Halesworth. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to be part of a small but dynamic team that focuses on creating great classic.homemade British pub dishes and building a great pub at the heart of the community.
Your key roles will be to:
- Assist in the day to day running of the kitchen ensuring that every dish is big & bold in flavour and consistent in presentation
- Coach & develop the team, both front & back of house, so they have the knowledge needed to complete their roles and progress in the future
- Create exciting dishes to feature on specials menus using seasonal produce
- Adhere to budget targets around purchasing,
- Maintain high levels of food hygiene & safety across the business
THE PERSON
- Experience in a fresh food kitchen where dishes are prepared & cooked to order
- Passionate about food.
- A willingness to learn and be part of a small but expanding business that will undoubtedly experience growing pains
