Join us as a Resource Coordinator within our Erection & Commissioning (EC) function, based at our Manchester office with a hybrid work model. In this role, you will proactively manage our third-party resource suppliers while supporting overall resource planning for current and future projects. Imagine being the key player in ensuring that competent individuals are assigned to meet the demands of construction sites, including long-term projects, modifications, and ad hoc resource requests. You will communicate effectively with stakeholders and become the go-to person for our resourcing tool, all while contributing to the success of our operations.
How You’ll Make an Impact

Manage the demand for EC resources by assigning appropriate individuals to meet construction site requirements, including long-term projects and additional resource requests.

Ensure clear communication of all resource requests and assignments to stakeholders, including third-party suppliers, Lead Planner, and Training Coordinator.

Become highly proficient in the chosen resourcing tool for third-party hires, serving as the EC expert in this area.

Create job profiles, work orders, and process timesheets in Fieldglass, producing a weekly resource overview report for all Third-Party Workers (TPWs).

Act as a single point of contact for third-party resourcing, maintaining an overview of individual training and experience for all current and new hires.
What You Bring

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with a strong ability to demonstrate problem-solving capabilities.

Previous experience managing multiple site requests and priorities in a technical or operational environment, preferably within the renewable industry.

A flexible approach to working hours and the ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements.

Proficiency in PC applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and resource management tools.

A global outlook with exposure to diverse challenges, cultures, and ways of working.
