The Tartan Loft is looking for a friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic Part-Time servers to join our café & bistro team. If you enjoy working with people, love good food and coffee, and thrive in a warm, fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide warm, attentive service
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve coffee, food, and drinks promptly and professionally
- Answer menu questions and make recommendations
- Ensure tables and service areas are clean and well-maintained
- Handle bills and payments accurately
- Support the team during busy service hours
- Follow hygiene, safety, and service standards
Requirements
- Prior experience in a café or restaurant is a plus (training provided)
- Friendly personality with good communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented
- Willingness to work flexible shifts (including weekends)
- Positive attitude and neat presentation
