Are you passionate about making a difference for young people with additional needs? We’re looking for Sessional Youth Workers – Inclusion to create a safe, fun, and inclusive environment where young people with disabilities and additional needs can thrive. From delivering engaging activities to supporting personal care, feeding, and medication (with training provided), you’ll help young people aged 8–19 (or up to 25 with SEND) build confidence, feel empowered, and have their voices heard.
You’ll need experience working with young people with SEND, along with the energy, empathy, and patience to provide the right support. Confidence in engaging young people with a wide range of needs is essential, as is knowledge of safeguarding and equality, with training provided.
Pay: £12.71 per hour
