Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organisation. This role is essential in ensuring that our guests enjoy a comfortable and welcoming environment during their stay. Previous experience in hotels or janitorial services is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitise guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure a pristine environment.
- Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required.
- Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to maintain cleanliness throughout the premises.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Restock cleaning supplies and ensure all equipment is well-maintained.
- Assist with laundry duties as needed, ensuring all linens are cleaned and pressed.
- Uphold the highest standards of hospitality by providing excellent service to guests.
Qualifications
- Previous hotel experience or background in hospitality is preferred.
- Familiarity with janitorial practices and cleaning equipment is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail with an ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- A positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
