We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant who can manage the full recruitment lifecycle while building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. You will work across a variety of technology and business support vacancies, identify high-quality talent, conduct candidate assessments, and guide both clients and applicants through the hiring process.
This is a mid-level position for someone who understands that successful recruitment goes beyond filling vacancies. It is about understanding business needs, recognising candidate potential, and delivering an exceptional recruitment experience from initial contact through successful placement.

Key Responsibilities
Candidate Sourcing: Identify and engage qualified candidates through job boards, professional networks, referrals, social media, and internal talent databases.
Recruitment Management: Manage multiple vacancies from job briefing through successful placement while maintaining excellent service standards.
Candidate Assessment: Conduct telephone and virtual interviews, evaluate qualifications and experience, and shortlist suitable candidates.
Client Partnership: Build strong relationships with hiring managers, understand recruitment requirements, and provide regular progress updates.
Job Advertising: Create compelling and accurate job advertisements that attract suitable candidates while reflecting the requirements of each role.
Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, prepare candidates, and ensure a smooth recruitment process for both clients and applicants.
Offer Management: Support salary discussions, reference checks, offer negotiations, and onboarding activities.
Recruitment Administration: Maintain accurate candidate records, interview notes, compliance documentation, and recruitment reports.
Market Intelligence: Stay informed about hiring trends, salary benchmarks, talent availability, and industry developments.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, staffing, or a related client-facing environment.
Recruitment Expertise: Practical knowledge of candidate sourcing, interviewing, job advertising, and managing recruitment campaigns.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to build relationships with clients and candidates.
Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop lasting professional relationships.
Organisation: Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple vacancies and deadlines.
Technology Skills: Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, Microsoft Office, online recruitment platforms, and video conferencing software.
Commercial Awareness: Understanding of recruitment performance metrics and delivering high-quality hiring outcomes.

Pay: £28,780.00-£38,400.00 per year
