We are a dedicated learning disability home providing compassionate, person-centred support to adults living with learning disabilities and progressive dementia. Our focus is on dignity, independence, and creating a safe, supportive environment where every individual can thrive.
We are currently looking for a full-time Support Worker to join our team working 36 hours a week (which would include some weekends) comprising of various shift patterns to be discussed at interview.
Early shift 7:30am - 2pm
Late shift 2pm - 8:30pm,
All Day shift 7:30am - 5:30pm
Long Day 7:30am - 8:30pm
What We’re Looking For:
- A caring, patient, and reliable individual
- Experience in care is preferred but not essential (full training can be provided)
- Understanding of or willingness to learn about learning disabilities and dementia
- Strong communication and observation skills
