We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sous Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. Responsibilities
- Assist the Head Chef in overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
- Supervise and manage kitchen staff, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to recipes and standards.
- Coordinate food production activities to meet service times and quality expectations.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen area.
- Support in training new team members and providing ongoing coaching to improve skills and performance.
- Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering supplies, and manage inventory control.
- Contribute to menu development by suggesting new dishes and seasonal specials.
- Serve as a role model for professionalism, teamwork, and hospitality within the kitchen environment.
Experience
- Proven supervisory experience within a professional kitchen setting.
- Extensive background in food production, food preparation, and cooking techniques.
- Demonstrable leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or hospitality environment is highly desirable.

Salary to be negotiated depending on experience.
Pay: £32,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
