Early Years Practitioner – Hook, Hampshire RG27
Salary: Circa £13.00 per hour (depending on experience, qualifications, and age)
Hours: 3 days 27 hours or 4 days 36 hours or 5 days 45 hours | Shifts between 7:30am–6:30pm | Permanent, all year round
Not suitable for school-hours or term-time applicants
We are seeking a passionate Early Years Practitioner to join our family-run nursery in Hook, RG27. Our friendly, collaborative team creates a home-from-home environment where children feel happy, secure, and valued. This role is perfect for a nurturing practitioner dedicated to providing engaging, high-quality learning experiences in line with the EYFS.

Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality childcare and early education
- Plan and implement EYFS-based learning activities

About You
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
- Previous nursery practitioner experience
- Passionate, patient, and enthusiastic with creative ideas for learning
- Committed to outdoor learning and inclusive practice
- Strong communication skills with parents and carers
- Eligible to work in the UK
