Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression
- Manage team requests and dietary requirements
- Escort guests to their tables, ensuring timely seating and comfort
- Maintain clear communication with the serving staff regarding guest needs and table status
- Prepare foods and drinks for outdoor and indoor service.
- Keep the Estates lodge and vehicle organized, clean, and welcoming at all times
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant experience or hospitality background is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests and team members
- Experience in hotel or guest services is a plus, demonstrating excellent customer service abilities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of the Shooting Industry
- Ability to work in all weathers
- A friendly demeanor combined with professionalism ensures guests feel valued from arrival to departure
