Business Relocation Administrator

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Relocation Administrator to join our team in based in Guildford.
The Business Relocation Administrator will be responsible for providing quality administration service in the areas of Corporate Relocation services and coordinating moves.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dealing with enquiries, update quote sheets & process payments from customers
- Input sales leads for the sales department
- Marketing support (Case Studies)
- Manage the company newsletter
- Raise PO's and invoices accordingly
- Manage the process of inventory scanning and inventory storage sheets
- Maintain and update data on the internal systems
- Issue job sheets to the relevant team members and subcontractors
- Monitor & replenishment stationary and crew uniform
- Any other duties as may be reasonably requested by the Manager.
Essential
- Previous administration experience
- Computer literate; CRM systems, Microsoft programs, Data entry
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organisational skills
