The Total Reward Advisor acts as an escalation point for all compensation queries. This role supports the delivery of the annual salary review & early careers salary review, administration of the Senior Management Bonus Scheme, job evaluation, salary benchmarking and salary survey submissions. This role is responsible for compiling and analysing compensation data, data visualisation and providing data insights.
The ideal candidate will have strong data analysis skills, excellent attention to detail, confident interpersonal skills and will be able to adapt to change quickly.
Responsibilities: Responsibilities
Act as an escalation point for all compensation queries into the MyHR Helpdesk that cannot be resolved within the People Services Team
Support the Total Reward Business Partner to deliver the annual salary review, early careers salary review and promotion & exceptional increases processes including system configuration (Oracle HCM), data validation, reporting, query resolution and line manager briefings
Administration of the Senior Management Bonus Scheme, issuing bonus invitation letters, maintaining bonus participation records, monthly reporting to Finance, bonus payout letters and calculations for payroll
Evaluate job descriptions using Willis Towers Watson job evaluation methodology, providing salary benchmarking data and ongoing maintenance of the job architecture
Completing salary survey submissions (Willis Towers Watson and other surveys)
Calculate the gender pay gap and ethnicity pay gap for legislative reporting
Participate in the delivery of total reward presentations to increase colleagues understanding of the value of their total reward package
Participate in projects that drive the continuous improvement of our total reward offering
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
Essential
Experience working in a Reward, HR or Finance role
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (LOOKUPs, nested IF statements, PIVOT tables and data visualisation using graphs & charts)
Excellent numeracy, analytical skills and high data accuracy
Critical thinker with a keen focus on continuous improvement and the ability to solve problems.
Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to communicate with people at all levels with confidence and quickly build networks
Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills. Ability to work flexibly within tight deadlines.
