We are looking for an experienced Senior Pensions Administrator to join our growing pensions team and play a key role in the administration and development of the Fusion Wealth SIPP.
As part of a specialist team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of pension arrangements, supporting advisers, clients and third-party providers while helping to deliver an outstanding service experience. You will also act as a subject matter expert within the team, providing guidance on complex pension cases, supporting process improvements and contributing to the continued growth of our SIPP proposition.

Administer pension arrangements within the Fusion Wealth SIPP, including complex and higher-value cases.
- Process pension contributions, transfers, benefit crystallisations, drawdown payments and death benefit cases.
- Review and authorise pension administration activities in line with agreed controls and procedures.
- Act as a point of escalation for technical and operational queries within the team.
- Support advisers, clients and third-party providers with complex pension enquiries.
- Monitor service levels and help drive continuous improvements across processes and controls.
- Assist with training, coaching and mentoring junior team members.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, customer outcomes and operational effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate records and management information.
- Support regulatory and governance requirements, ensuring all activity is completed in line with FCA and HMRC regulations.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues across the wider business.

Proven experience in pensions administration, ideally within a SIPP environment.
- Strong understanding of personal pensions, SIPPs and pension legislation.
- Experience handling complex pension cases, transfers and benefit events.
- Strong working knowledge of FCA and HMRC pension regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Ability to identify issues, investigate root causes and implement solutions.
- Experience supporting or mentoring less experienced colleagues would be beneficial.
- Professional qualifications such as PMI, CII or equivalent are desirable but not essential.
You'll be based at our Broadlands Business Campus near Horsham in West Sussex.
Our spacious countryside campus provides an excellent working environment and includes an on-site restaurant, coffee shop and gym. We also operate a shuttle bus service between Horsham railway station and the campus.
