We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing customer experience and driving sales through effective communication and exceptional service. As a Sales Assistant, you will engage with customers, assist them in making informed purchasing decisions, and contribute to the overall success of our retail environment.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs.
- Provide product information and demonstrate features to encourage purchases.
- Upsell products by identifying customer needs and suggesting relevant items.
- Maintain an organised sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed and stocked.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and in-person with excellent phone etiquette.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and product rotation.
