Duties
- Provide a wide range of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art.
- Maintain cleanliness and sterilisation of all tools and workstations in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently, ensuring timely service delivery.
- Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend suitable treatments or products.
- Handle front desk responsibilities including greeting clients, managing bookings, and processing payments.
- Assist with guest services by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing any concerns promptly.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or in a similar beauty therapy role.
- Certification or qualification in nail technology or related field is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests and team members.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Knowledge of health and safety standards related to beauty treatments.
