We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Kitchen Showroom Manager to lead our showroom operations. The successful candidate will oversee daily activities, manage a team, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Duties
- Lead and supervise the showroom team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
- Manage daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, stock organisation, and visual merchandising.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximise showroom performance.
- Provide product knowledge guidance to customers, assisting with design ideas and technical specifications.
- Organise staff schedules, delegate tasks effectively, and monitor team performance.
- Maintain the showroom’s appearance, ensuring displays are attractive, organised, and up-to-date with current trends.
- Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions with professionalism and courtesy.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills in sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Analyse sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with suppliers and manage stock levels to ensure availability of popular products.
Skills
- Proven management experience within retail or showroom environments, ideally in kitchen or home furnishings sectors.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and supervise a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable.
- Demonstrable organisational skills with the capacity to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proficient in merchandising techniques to create appealing displays that attract customers.
- Sound understanding of sales management principles coupled with a strategic mindset.
- Experience in administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and stock control.
- Exceptional phone etiquette combined with professional interpersonal skills.

Pay: £36,000.00 per year
