RENOVATUS is a new Refurbishment Construction business that operates in the growing residential care sector. Although new it is a sister company of two very well established businesses operating in the same sector.
We are a very ambitious and forward-thinking company and we are currently looking for highly-driven staff to join our team initially in Chester then moving to a new HQ in Liverpool during 2026.
This is an exciting opportunity for a junior manager or a graduate QS with a minimum of 2years experience and an eye for quality and detail who has a genuine interest in playing an active role in shaping and contributing to the strategic growth of the business.
About the Role -
The successful candidate will help lead and deliver refurbishment projects in the healthcare sector.
You’ll be responsible for reviewing quality and quantity on site operation and review contract administration, project & work monitoring, project management and some procurement.
