Job Title: Bar Staff – Encore Bars Hospitality Group
Location: Boston New Town
The Role
We’re looking for friendly, energetic Bar Staff to join our growing Edinburgh bar group. You’ll be working on the front line of our busy venues – making drinks, serving guests, and keeping the bar running smoothly. No experience needed, just a great attitude and willingness to learn.
Our Venues
We currently operate four vibrant bars across Edinburgh: Boston New Town, Boston Old Town, Westside Rodeo, and Freddys – each with its own character, but all united by high standards and a party atmosphere. And we’re not stopping there – more venues are opening soon, so there’s huge room to grow with us.
What You’ll Do (Bar‑Focused)
- Prepare and serve drinks (pouring pints, making cocktails, serving spirits) to company specification.
- Keep the bar clean, stocked, and organised throughout your shift.
- Work as part of a team during busy periods, communicating clearly with floor staff and managers.
- Follow Challenge 25 and responsible alcohol service at all times.
- Help create a warm, inviting atmosphere behind the bar and on the front line.
- Take direction from Supervisors and Managers.

- Reliable, punctual, and available for evenings and weekends.
- No experience necessary – we’ll train you (but any bar or customer service experience is a bonus).
