Customer Consultant in our YBS Agency based in Llandudno
About the Role- Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences? Join our dynamic team as a Customer Consultant, where you’ll be the first point of contact for our valued customers. You’ll deal with the customers savings requirements,handle enquiries, resolve issues, and ensure every interaction leaves a positive impression. You will need to be able to travel between our Llandudno and Rhyl offices when necessary
35 Hours per week
You will work 9.00am to 4.30pm Monday ,Tuesday,Wednesday , Thursday & Friday. Saturday mornings from 09.00am. to 12.00pm on a rota basis, for which Time off in lieu will be given
Salary: £24,436
What You’ll Do
- Respond to customer queries face to face and over the phone
- Provide clear, accurate information and solutions.
- Build strong relationships by understanding customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues quickly.
- Maintain accurate records and follow compliance standards.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not essential—we’ll provide full training!
