Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service in a welcoming environment, ensuring guests have a memorable experience. Duties
- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a positive first impression
- Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages efficiently
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain high standards of service
- Assist with food preparation tasks as required, adhering to food safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and service stations
- Manage cash register operations and process payments accurately
- Barista training preferred.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operation during service periods
- Uphold health and safety regulations at all times, including food safety protocols
Skills
- Proven experience in catering, serving, or hospitality environments is preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation and food safety standards
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy periods
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Experience in restaurant or barista roles is advantageous
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills in a fast-paced setting

Pay: £10.85-£12.75 per hour
