Registered Manager – Children's Residential Home (New Start-Up)
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to help establish and lead a brand-new children's residential home. This is an exciting opportunity to build a high-quality service from the ground up with the support of hands-on directors who will work alongside you throughout the registration, opening, and ongoing development of the home.
You'll play a key role in creating a safe, nurturing, and child-centred environment while ensuring the home meets all Ofsted requirements and delivers outstanding outcomes for young people.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Ofsted registration and opening of the home.
- Recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing staff team.
- Ensure compliance with Children's Homes Regulations and Quality Standards.
- Promote positive outcomes for children through high-quality care.
- Build strong relationships with local authorities and partner agencies.
- Drive continuous improvement and prepare for Ofsted inspections.
About You
You will have:
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
- Previous management experience within a children's residential setting.
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding, Ofsted regulations, and quality standards.
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.

Pay: £55,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
