The Role:
- Sourcing and qualifying candidates for vacancies
- Building and maintaining professional relationships with candidates and clients
- Market mapping and identifying new businesses to work with (business development)
- Working towards your monthly revenue and promotion targets
- Managing your candidate database
- Becoming a subject matter expert within your specialism
Requirements:
- Degree educated or previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercially minded with a resilient and proactive approach
- Motivated by career progression, uncapped earnings and building a successful career within specialist technology recruitment
