We're looking for a caring and reliable person to join our friendly team in Redhill. You'll support adults with learning disabilities, autism, brain injuries, and mental health challenges to live independently while building a rewarding career with full support from us.
What You’ll Do
- Provide person-centred support that promotes independence and dignity
- Assist with daily living tasks and social activities
- Encourage confidence and community engagement
- Monitor health and well-being
- Report and record accurately
What We’re Looking For

- Committed to promoting independence and equality
- Flexible with working hours – including evenings and weekends
- Essential: A valid UK driving licence and access to a car (for transporting service users)
- Willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check
