Job Title: Plant Coordinator
Reporting To: General Manager
Location: Dromore, Co. Tyrone
The Plant Coordinator is responsible for the strategic management, maintenance and efficient deployment of all plant, machinery and equipment across active construction projects and sites. The role ensures that equipment is safe, compliant, cost effective and available when required to support project delivery.
Key Activities:
- Coordinate internal movement of machinery and equipment between sites, yards, and workshops.
- Maintain accurate records of all heavy plant, machinery, attachments, tools, and spare parts.
- Source and purchase parts for all types of machinery.
- Allocate costs to machines and process invoices.
- Coordinate with maintenance and workshop teams to ensure availability for repairs and servicing.
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers and internal and external stakeholders.

The Requirements
Essential Criteria:
- Full clean drivers licence.
- Knowledge of plant and machinery.
- Proficiency in entire MS Office Suite, with attention to detail.
- Solid organisational and communication skills.
