FOH Supervisor:
We’re on the lookout for a Supervisor who loves proper pubs, great people and making guests feel at home.
We’re an independent business, so we’re not about endless targets, head office emails or ticking boxes. We care about serving great food and drinks, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and building a team that enjoys coming to work.
You’ll be right at the heart of it all—supporting the General Manager, leading the team from the front, and helping make every service a great one.
The Role:
No two days are the same, but you’ll be:
- Running smooth, organised shifts.
- Leading by example and getting stuck in wherever needed.
- Supporting, coaching and encouraging the team.
- Making sure every guest leaves with a smile.
- Helping with staff rotas, stock ordering and day-to-day operations.
- Maintaining high standards without taking ourselves too seriously.
- Handling customer queries with confidence and common sense.
- Opening and closing the pub, cashing up and keeping everything running as it should.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience in a supervisory or management role within hospitality.
- Loves pubs and enjoys creating memorable guest experiences.
- Can stay calm when it’s busy and keep the team motivated.
- Leads with kindness, confidence and a good sense of humour.
- Is organised, reliable and happy to take ownership.
- Doesn’t mind rolling up their sleeves—no job is beneath anyone here.

Pay: £12.81-£13.10 per hour
