Job Summary
We're looking for a friendly, approachable and community minded individual to lead our Henley Bakery and Coffee Shop. At Warings Bakery, we take pride in our freshly baked goods and warm, welcoming atmosphere and we're looking for someone who shares our passion for great service, great food and genuine connections
Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing daily operations, including food production and staff scheduling
- Leading and motivating your team to deliver outstanding service
- Maintaining high standards in food hygiene, presentation and food quality
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times
- Identify and implement ways to grow sales and enhance the customer experience
What we're looking for:
- A friendly nature and a genuine interest in people
- Previous management or supervisory experience - retail or hospitality preferred but not essential
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- A proactive, can do attitude with a passion for excellent service and problem solving

Pay: £26,040.00-£26,226.00 per year
