You will have:
- Significant experience of leading large-scale transformation or improvement programmes.

- A strong understanding of SEND, inclusion and the education system.
- Experience of working effectively across complex partnerships.

- The ability to influence, challenge and support partners to deliver improvement.
- A commitment to co-production and improving outcomes for children and young people with SEND.
A teaching background, Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), or experience in school leadership would be highly desirable.
You must be fluent in the English language (as a requirement of Part 7 of the Immigration Act “for the effective performance of a customer-facing role”).
The ability to travel throughout the Borough will be required and access to a car to support partnership working.
The team operates a hybrid working model with all practitioners expected to be in the office for a minimum of two days per week.
You will be subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service Check.
