We have recently taken on two more contracts and are looking to take on sub contractors to carry out the works.
Must have own transport
Be able to work on own initiative
Ideally skills in:
Plastering
Kitchen fitting
Bathroom fitting
Working on Void property’s
General experience in building works,
Ideally holds cscs card
This is maintenance based role which includes a basic knowledge in multiple trades , area of works are stoke, derby, Leicester and Nottingham and surrounding areas,
Must have own transport and tools
Rates of pay will be negotiable depending on skill set.
Pay will be weekly
