Service Delivery Manager – Contract Recruitment
Salary: £35,000–£45,000 basic + uncapped commission | OTE £70,000
We’re looking for a driven, highly organised Service Delivery Manager to play a key role in the growth of our Contract Recruitment division.
This is a hands-on leadership role at the heart of the business. You’ll bring together Sales, Delivery and Operations, keeping vacancies moving, ensuring clients and contractors receive an exceptional service, and taking ownership of issues through to resolution.
You’ll be a natural organiser and problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Commercially minded and confident influencing others, you’ll help create the structure, consistency and collaborative culture needed to scale the division.
We are looking for someone in a similar role or keen to step into this role from a senior consultant role.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving the delivery of live vacancies and supporting teams to prioritise activity effectively.
- Acting as the central link between Sales, Delivery, Payroll and other internal teams.
- Building strong relationships with clients and supporting account retention and growth.
- Taking ownership of client, contractor and internal queries and resolving issues quickly.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, communication and service delivery.
- Providing day-to-day support and leadership to colleagues without formal line management responsibility.

A proactive, motivated and commercially aware individual with excellent communication and organisational skills. You’ll be comfortable juggling multiple priorities, working across teams and leading from the front to get results.

Experience:
