Sales & E-Commerce Assistant – Mystic City
Mystic City is on the lookout for a confident, experienced, and driven Sales Assistant to join our friendly and growing team. We operate like a family, and together we aim to grow the business through teamwork, creativity, and dedication.
While your primary role will be in-store—assisting customers with e-cigarette and vaping product recommendations—we are also looking for someone who is comfortable working across both physical retail and online platforms like Amazon, eBay, and Shopify.

Key Responsibilities:
In-Store Duties
- Assist customers in selecting e-cigarette devices, e-liquids, and accessories
- Confidently upsell and promote product bundles or new arrivals
- Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the till
- Maintain a clean, well-presented store environment
- Address and resolve customer queries and complaints
- Monitor stock levels and collaborate with the team on restocking and displays
Online Duties
- Help manage and maintain product listings on Amazon, eBay, and Shopify
- Assist in fulfilling online orders: packing, labeling, dispatching
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate between online and in-store stock
- Provide customer support for online queries via email/messages
- Contribute ideas for improving online performance (images, descriptions, promotions, etc.)
What We’re Looking For:
- A bubbly, outgoing personality and great communication skills
- Trustworthy, reliable, and proactive
- Interest or experience in vaping products (training provided)
- Good time management and attention to detail
- Comfortable with basic tech tools (e.g. listing products online)
- Over 18 years old (legal requirement for selling vaping products)
