Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Domestic Assistant to provide essential support in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including floors, windows, furniture, and fixtures, ensuring a hygienic environment.
- Manage laundry duties such as washing, ironing, and folding clothing and linens with care and attention to detail.
- Assist with basic household management tasks, including organizing supplies and maintaining stock levels of cleaning products and essentials.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to requests and ensuring the comfort of residents or clients.
- Use computer literacy skills to update records, manage schedules via Microsoft Outlook, and document maintenance activities accurately.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to coordinate daily activities and address any concerns professionally.
- Maintain safety standards by adhering to health regulations and proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality, housekeeping, or domestic management roles is highly desirable.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and general IT skills for administrative tasks.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities in supervising or managing household staff or small teams.
- Excellent communication skills in English to interact clearly with clients, team members, and vendors.
- Proven organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in fast-paced environments.
- Knowledge of computer literacy tools necessary for record-keeping and scheduling purposes.
- Experience in customer service roles that emphasize professionalism, discretion, and responsiveness is advantageous.
