Bar Soba is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Part-Time Supervisor to join our team in Glasgow!
We’re looking for an experienced hospitality professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is ready to take the next step in their career.
As a Supervisor, you’ll support the management team with the day-to-day running of the venue, lead the team during busy shifts and make sure our guests receive the high level of service Bar Soba is known for.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the team during service
- Support the management team with the smooth running of the venue
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure guests have a great experience
- Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness and presentation
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Deal confidently with guest queries and resolve any issues
- Support the training and development of team members
- Ensure company policies, licensing requirements and health & safety standards are followed
- Help maintain a positive, energetic and welcoming atmosphere
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has previous hospitality experience, ideally at Supervisor or Team Leader level
- Is confident leading a team and can lead by example
- Has excellent communication and customer service skills
- Can remain calm and organised during busy services
- Has a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
- Is passionate about hospitality and delivering great experiences
- Is flexible and available to work evenings and weekends
- Enjoys working as part of a busy, social team
