We are looking for a supervisor to work 3 days per week, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 8am - 5.30pm.
This roll will involve working closely with the store manager to ensure the smooth running of the shop. You will be required to manage a team of staff on the shop floor to oversee bringing in deliveries and replenish stock among other duties.
Competitve rate of pay based on previous experience.
Permanent contract will be offered only after a twelve week probation period.
Due to the hours required to work this role is NOT suitable for students.
Role Responsibilities
*Awareness of customer needs and provide excellent customer services.
*Motivate other team members to complete tasks efficiently.
*Maintain store cleanliness & hygiene standards.
*Organise unloading and unpacking deliveries.
*Visual merchandising.
*Assisting with till transaction.
Essential Skills/Requirements
*One years experience in a similar retail setting preferably at supervisor level.
*Excellent customer service skills.
*Excellent communication skills.
*Have a good work ethic and 'can do' attitude.
*Ability to act on own initiative.
*Ability to prioritize and assign tasks accordingly.
*Good numeracy & accuracy skills.
