Salary: £26,300 per annum
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of Priory's flagship outpatient wellbeing service, working in a fast-paced, supportive environment alongside experienced mental health professionals.
This role operates on a rotating shift pattern, Monday to Friday, covering:
- 7:45am – 15:45pm
- 12:00pm – 8:00pm
You'll also work approximately one Saturday every four weeks on a rota basis (10:00am – 5:00pm, subject to change).
Located in the heart of London's prestigious Harley Street medical district, Priory Wellbeing Centre Harley Street is Priory's flagship outpatient wellbeing service. We provide expert mental health support for adults, offering access to experienced psychiatrists, psychologists and therapists in a welcoming, modern and professional environment.
As our Receptionist & Administrator, you'll be the first point of contact for patients, clinicians and visitors, creating a positive first impression while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the centre.
We're looking for someone who is friendly, proactive and thrives in a busy, customer-focused environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering a warm, professional welcome to patients, clinicians and visitors.
- Managing enquiries and referrals, coordinating psychiatry and therapy appointments with patients and healthcare professionals.
- Providing accurate administrative support using a range of systems, including CRM platforms, clinical documentation systems and billing processes.
- Supporting the wider administration team to ensure the efficient running of the centre.
- Delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining excellent organisation, accuracy and attention to detail.
- Building positive relationships with patients and colleagues to provide a seamless, high-quality service.

Essential for the role
- Previous experience in a healthcare or clinical administration role.
- Experience working in a busy reception or customer-facing position.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a varied workload.
- Confident IT skills and experience using multiple systems.
- A professional, approachable manner with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
