About the Role
Life of Riley Official is seeking a highly organised, discreet and proactive Personal Assistant to the CEO.
The PA will work directly with the CEO, providing high-level personal, administrative and executive support. The purpose of the role is to protect the CEO’s time, maintain organisation across a demanding schedule, and ensure meetings, communications, follow-ups and priorities are handled efficiently.
This position requires someone who can work closely with the CEO, understand priorities quickly and take ownership without requiring constant direction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s diary, appointments and daily schedule.
- Organise, confirm and reschedule meetings.
- Ensure the CEO is fully prepared for meetings and appointments.
- Monitor emails and correspondence where authorised.
- Draft emails, letters and communications on behalf of the CEO.
- Manage reminders, deadlines and outstanding actions.
- Follow up with staff, partners, clients and external contacts on the CEO’s behalf.
- Prepare meeting agendas, notes, documents and briefing materials.
- Maintain a clear record of actions arising from meetings and ensure they are followed through.
- Coordinate business and personal travel, including flights, accommodation, transfers and itineraries.
- Liaise closely with the COO, senior management and other departments.
- Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders where appropriate.
- Organise confidential documents and information.
- Assist with research and preparation for meetings, partnerships and business opportunities.
- Support the CEO with ad hoc business and personal administrative requirements.
- Anticipate requirements and resolve routine matters before they require the CEO’s involvement.

A fundamental part of the position is protecting and managing the CEO’s time.
The PA should maintain a clear understanding of:
What the CEO needs to do → When it needs to happen → Who needs to be involved → What preparation is required → What needs following up afterwards
The PA should actively prevent unnecessary administrative matters from reaching the CEO where they can be appropriately resolved elsewhere.
Confidentiality
This position will involve access to highly confidential business and personal information.
The PA will be expected to maintain absolute discretion regarding:
- CEO correspondence and activities.
- Member and client information.
- Commercial discussions.
- Partnerships and negotiations.
- Internal business information.
- Staff matters.
- Financial or commercially sensitive information.
- Personal information relating to the CEO.
Confidentiality and professional judgement are essential requirements of the position.
Experience & Skills
Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, CEO Assistant or similar executive-support position is preferred.
Candidates should be confident using:
- Email and calendar systems.
- Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
- Video conferencing platforms.
- CRM and business management systems.
- Document and presentation software.
- Modern AI and productivity tools.
Experience supporting a CEO, Founder, Director or other senior executive would be highly advantageous.

The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will become a trusted extension of the CEO, ensuring that his time, communications, meetings and priorities are managed effectively.
The CEO should not have to continually chase actions, remember follow-ups or manage routine administration himself. The PA should remain ahead of the schedule, anticipate what is required and ensure that important matters are handled efficiently from start to finish.
The successful candidate will be expected to represent both the CEO and Life of Riley Official to an exceptionally high professional standard.
Pay: £26,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
