Job Title: Commercial Lettings Manager

Role Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Commercial Lettings Agent to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the management, lettings, and development of commercial properties while building strong relationships with clients, tenants, and customers. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience or a strong willingness to learn in the areas of commercial property management, leases, and rent renewals.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage commercial properties, including lettings, renewals, and general property management.
Build and maintain a client database to ensure a steady pipeline of business.
Be the senior user of our in-house management software to track and manage properties effectively.
Post and maintain property listings on platforms such as Zoopla and Rightmove.
Promote properties through social media channels to increase visibility and attract potential tenants.
Conduct property viewings and provide guidance to prospective tenants.
Liaise with customers, clients, and tenants to ensure excellent service and resolve any issues.
Travel throughout the day to various property locations (company car provided).
Skills & Qualifications:
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong multitasking abilities, managing several projects simultaneously.
Proficient in IT and property management software.
Familiar with property listing platforms like Zoopla and Rightmove.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
A proactive approach with a strong ability to use initiative, and a positive attitude towards professional growth.
