About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a brand new nursery, opening soon as part of a well-established early years franchise. We are looking for passionate and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioners to join our new team and help create a warm, inspiring, and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
As part of the founding team, you’ll have the chance to contribute your ideas, help shape the nursery’s culture, and make a real difference from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework and Ofsted standards.
- Support children’s individual learning and development needs through engaging activities and observations.
- Promote a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where every child can thrive.
- Build positive relationships with parents and carers, keeping them informed and involved in their child’s progress.
- Work collaboratively with your colleagues and contribute to a supportive team culture.
- Maintain accurate records, observations, and planning to ensure best outcomes for children.
Requirements
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent) – essential.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
- Strong understanding of the EYFS and Ofsted requirements.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach to supporting young children.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children.
