For the opening of The WestDill Mayfair Hotel London, Colbert Collection, we are looking for a passionate and service-oriented Commis Waiter who is eager to develop their career in luxury hospitality.
Join one of the first 75 team members and play a defining role in launching a new luxury destination in Mayfair. From day one, you will help shape the culture, service standards and guest experience that set the hotel apart.
- Support the service team in delivering exceptional and personalized dining experiences.

Assist with food and beverage service while ensuring smooth restaurant operations.

Build positive guest interactions through warm, professional and attentive service.

Prepare and maintain restaurant and service stations to the highest standards.

Develop strong knowledge of menus, beverages and luxury service standards.

Work closely with Waiters, Supervisors and the Kitchen team to deliver a seamless guest journey.

Maintain impeccable cleanliness, presentation and attention to detail throughout the restaurant.

Follow all hygiene, health & safety and operational procedures.
- Previous experience in hospitality, restaurants, hotels or customer service is an advantage.
