About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Mobile Cleaning to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing cleaning cover for staff holidays and absences.
- Conducting site audits and quality spot checks.
- Training, supporting, and mentoring team members.
- Delivering cleaning stock and supplies to sites across Weston-super-Mare and Bristol.
- Attending our head office in Weston-super-Mare regularly.
- Maintaining existing client sites to the highest standards and assisting with new site set-ups.
- Carrying out deep cleans to improve and maintain site standards.
Hours & Pay
- 30 hours per week
- £13.45 per hour
- Predominantly daytime hours, although flexibility is required to meet business needs, including occasional early mornings and late evenings.
- Typical shifts may include 3:00pm – 9:00pm, Monday to Friday.
Driving Requirements
This is a mobile cleaning role, therefore you must hold a full, valid UK driving licence.
A company van is provided for work use. The successful candidate will be required to collect the van from our Weston-super-Mare office at the start of their shift and return it to the office at the end of the day.
The role covers sites primarily in the Weston-super-Mare and Bristol areas.
