We are currently seeking out a highly motivated Service Administrator to join our team at our Volvo, North West London dealership.
What you will do:
This is a newly created role, and we are looking for a Service Administrator to manage job card preparation, service customer pre appointment calls, and also post appointment calls, booking in customers and invoicing. We pride ourselves in providing an exceptional customer service experience and this role is central to delivering that; delivering the highest levels of customer service to ensure customer loyalty and repeat custom and positively contributing to our customer satisfaction scores.

At least 2 years’ customer service experience

Previous automotive Service Department experience desirable

Excellent communication skills at all levels and an excellent understanding of how to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
