- Type: Full-time, minimum 2 shifts per week
- Working pattern: Monday - Sunday 7:45am - 8pm and sleep in nights 7:45pm - 8am
- Salary: £15.69 - £17.93 per hour (includes holiday pay accrual - Holiday pay is accrued and held separately, not paid out weekly). Sleep in shift £90 a shift
- Requirements: To be eligible to apply, you must have 12 months UK experience in a complex care setting, hold full right to work in the UK and be a car driver.

Your Role
As a Complex Care Assistant for Innovate Care Group, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of safe, outstanding care for our client with complex healthcare needs based in Heathfield.
The ideal candidate will have a confident, compassionate and driven approach to care with the ability to support our client in accessing community resources such as physiotherapy and brain injury support sessions.
Clinical skills required and responsibilities include:
- Manual handling
- Personal care
- Physiotherapy support
- Food preparation
- Medication administration
You’ll be part of a consistent care team, typically supporting one client at a time in this stable, long-term role.

What We’re Looking For
- At least 12 months of homecare experience
- Must be a car driver
- Compassion, professionalism, and reliability
- Good communication skills and IT confidence
- Willingness to be part of a family-centred care team
- Hold an understanding of safeguarding
- Ability to recognise deterioration in both psychological and physical health
