Senior Sales Negotiator
Salary: £25k - £28k DOE with a OTE of £30k - £35k
Hours: Monday - Friday - 1 in 4 Saturdays, 9am–2pm

Key Responsibilities
- Managing applicants, conducting viewings, and progressing sales
- Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Negotiating offers confidently and effectively
- Supporting the wider team with valuations and pipeline management
- Representing the brand professionally at all times
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Confident, proactive, and target‑driven
- Excellent local market knowledge
- Ability to work 1 in 4 Saturdays (9am–2pm)
