Fencing is physical and we require candidates who are in physically fit condition. Reliability is very important to us, we need dependable people who have the ability to turn up every day and don't let our clients down. We are proud that we give our customers a good job every time which in turn gives us repeat business and strengthens our reputation. We are looking for someone who has an interest in fencing and actively wants to do a good job.
The role includes loading fencing materials on to the truck, digging post holes, helping the Fencing Installer with anything they need to get the job done, working as a team, ultimately helping the client with their needs.

Duties
- Assist with the installation and repair of different fencing types using hand tools and power tools
- Prepare work sites by clearing debris, setting up equipment, and ensuring safety protocols are followed
- Measure and mark fence lines accurately to ensure proper alignment and height specifications
- Handle materials such as wood, metal panels, posts, and fencing accessories with care and precision
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of waste responsibly
- Follow safety guidelines diligently to prevent accidents and ensure a secure working environment
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools used in construction environments
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail for measuring and aligning fencing components accurately
- Willingness to learn new skills related to fabrication and construction processes
- Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors
