Ramside Hall Hotel are recruiting for a skilled and experienced Senior Pastry Chef to come and join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced pastry chef to work within a busy four-star hotel, producing high-quality desserts, afternoon teas, pastries and celebration items across our restaurants, weddings, banqueting and events.
The role will include:
- Creating consistently high-quality desserts, pastries and afternoon tea products
- Supporting the development of seasonal menus and new ideas
- Helping to lead, train and inspire junior members of the pastry team
- Managing preparation, presentation, stock control and food costs
- Maintaining excellent standards of food safety, cleanliness and organisation
- Working closely with the senior kitchen team across the hotel
