We are looking for a reliable, flexible and proactive Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to join our growing team, covering cleaning staff absences across various sites within Kent.
£14.77 per hour
Monday–Friday
15–20 hours per week
Additional hours available
Approx. 3:30pm start
Hours can be flexible for the right candidate.

Essential Requirements
A full valid UK driving licence and your own reliable car are essential for this role.
You will be required to travel between different sites across Kent, sometimes at short notice, so you must be confident driving, flexible with travel and comfortable working across multiple locations.
A company van is available for the right candidate in the future.
An Enhanced DBS will be required. If you do not currently hold one, KDC can arrange this for you. A clear criminal history is essential.
About the Role
KDC Cleaning is a fast-growing commercial cleaning company providing cleaning services primarily to schools, doctors' surgeries and dental practices.
We are looking for someone who is organised, dependable, forward-thinking and able to work well under pressure. You will play an important role in supporting our cleaning teams and ensuring our sites continue to receive a high standard of service.
Job Purpose
To support the Operations Team and Area Supervisors by covering staff sickness and annual leave, carrying out cleaning duties and providing support across our sites as required.
Responsibilities
- Covering staff sickness and annual leave across multiple sites
- Auditing sites
- Travelling between different locations across Kent
- Carrying out cleaning duties to a high standard
- Delivering stock and cleaning supplies to sites
- Completing deep cleans when required
- Supporting and training new starters
- Providing assistance to Area Supervisors when required
- Ensuring sites are maintained to KDC's required standards
- Reporting any issues or concerns to management
