Creative Lead

As a Creative Lead you will be required to apply your senior standing in the
creative team to ongoing delivery creative workstreams. Your day-to-day
prioritisation will be to focus on prospective pitches as well as larger more
complex and higher value projects as directed by Head of Creative.
You will maintain a confident and enthusiastic approach to our diverse
industry and must be committed to delivering excellent mentoring for the
creative team alongside exceptional customer service whilst maintaining high
levels of professionalism. The Tecna creative team prides ourselves on

Key Responsibilities
What You'll Do
- Turn concepts into reality: Transform ideas, sketches, and client briefs
into eye-catching 3D designs that tell a story and meet project goals
- Think big, think bold: Understand clients' brands, target audience, and
key messages to ensure every design aligns with their vision
- Mentor and inspire: Provide guidance and constructive feedback to
more junior and mid-weight designers, fostering a culture of creativity
and professional growth
- Collaborate strategically: Work closely with the Head of Creative, sales
team, project managers, and technical designers to ensure a seamless
process from concept to completion
- Enhance creativity: Take an active role in brainstorming sessions and
design reviews, pushing the boundaries of what's possible while
maintaining practical feasibility
- Present with confidence: Lead client presentations, articulating design
concepts and aligning them with brand objectives and project goals
- Drive innovation: Stay at the forefront of industry trends, exploring new
materials, technologies, and design methodologies to keep Tecna UK
ahead of the curve.
What You'll Bring
- Extensive experience: A proven track record of delivering high-quality
designs in the exhibition, events, or related industries
- Exceptional design skills: A portfolio showcasing bold, creative, and
technically sound 3D designs
- Technical expertise: In-depth knowledge of health and safety
requirements, modular systems, and materials

- Advanced tools proficiency: Mastery of Adobe Suite, V-Ray, SketchUp,
and other relevant tools
- Strong communication: A clear, articulate voice in meetings and
presentations, capable of engaging clients and internal teams alike
