Based in South Shields , you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations, exceptional customer service, and team leadership to support our company's growth and reputation."
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily station operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead, motivate, and manage station staff to achieve performance targets.
- Maintain high standards of merchandising, cleanliness, and safety compliance.
- Manage stock levels, ordering supplies, and controlling costs.
- Implement marketing initiatives to increase sales and customer engagement.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Prepare reports on sales performance and operational metrics.
- Qualifications
- Proven management experience in retail or fuel station environments.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of health & safety standards relevant to petrol stations.
- Previous experience with merchandising and stock control is preferred
